You can request a repeat prescription in three ways:

• Attending the Practice and speaking to the reception team
• Emailing nnicb-nn.receptiony02847@nhs.net 
• Using the NHS App
• Using SystmOnline (speak to reception to request your login details)

We cannot accept requests over the phone.

Not all medications can be given as repeat prescriptions. For medications that are not on repeat, please book a routine appointment.

Please allow 48/72 hour for prescriptions to be processed.

You can pick up your prescription from the practice or a pharmacy you choose. To find a pharmacy near you, visit: Find a pharmacy - NHS.

To change where you pick up your prescription, speak to reception or use the NHS App.

Medication reviews help us make sure your treatment is right for you.

Book an appointment with our reception team when your medication is due for review. You can check the review date at the bottom of your repeat prescription if you're unsure.

The current NHS prescription charge is £9.90 per item.

Some people can get prescriptions for free. These include:

• People on certain benefits or the NHS Low Income Scheme
• People aged 60 or older
• People aged 16 or younger
• People aged 16-18 in full-time education
• People with certain long-term conditions
